Studies are showing that human beings, as well as other living things, give out vibrations and that those vibrations are different depending on our FEELINGS and our INTENTIONS. When our feelings match up with our intentions there is a change in our vibration that can actually have an effect on the world around us. Sounds crazy? So what does that mean to us? When working through issues of mental health, happiness and well being it is possible to actually change the neural-pathways in the brain in order to decrease symptomology and increase resilience by slowly raising your vibration. To raise your vibration focus on the state of being, situation or circumstance that you would like to achieve with the INTENTION of "being" in or experiencing that situation, and, at the same time FEEL in your heart center that you have already achieved this state. This is a form of meditation and it takes practice! After you get the hang of the experience see if you can find in your heart center the ability to be GRATEFUL for that experience. To be able to use your mind- with intention, your heart- with feeling the fulfillment of that intention, and your conscience- with gratitude for that fulfillment- you are on your way to a higher vibration and a happier, more grounded self.
